Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design, development, testing, product application, etc. of resistors (companies can cultivate them if they have no experience in design and development);
2. Responsible for preparing the company's project initiation report;
3. Responsible for the selection of resistance products for the company's customers (conduct material selection testing, design dimensions, and appearance based on the detailed requirements provided by the business department);
4. New product drawing and specification review;
5. Establish and update the company's product BOM, seal and save new samples, and store and record customer samples;
6. Update and compile company system documents and process documents.
