Job Responsibilities: (Recruiting 10-15 employees from three production bases in Shenzhen, Foshan, and Anhui, with different work locations available)
1. Product technology introduction, analysis of customer or market needs, formulation of new product technical solutions, product trial production, process research and development;
2. Responsible for the design, process, and quality control of the new product development stage, promoting the progress of new product development, recording the new product development process in detail, and data traceability;
3. Summarize the technology of the product development process, and write technical documents such as patents and test standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in metal materials and polymer materials, with R&D experience in precision resistance alloys and adhesives is preferred;
2. Able to independently promote product research and development, and have good written writing skills;
3. Have a sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and adaptability, able to withstand greater work pressure;
4. Executive ability; Communication skills; innovation ability; Problem solving skills: interpersonal skills: analytical and judgment skills.
